“fiz o licitacerta sozinho com claude code e ele passou de R$ 10 mil em 30 dias.”

Editor's note: Amounts are in Brazilian reais (R$), not US dollars. His Sep 30 English post said '81 paying customers in 25 days', while the Oct 11 timeline says 100 customers by day 25; we show both as stated. He also gives away a free prompts PDF; that is not part of this case.

How they got customers

Paid ads from day one: in week 1 each sale cost about R$ 90 in ads for a R$ 49 product (founder's Oct 11 post). He also mentions an affiliate program with accountants and lawyers.

Steps to try

  1. Go where businesses already pay; here, public tenders that small firms find out about too late.

  2. Ship a simple product and charge from day one.

  3. Deliver the result where customers already are (WhatsApp alerts).

  4. Watch cost per sale against price early; his first sales cost more in ads than they earned.
