Privacy policy
What we collect
This is a static website. Our own pages don't set cookies, there are no accounts or ad trackers, and fonts are self-hosted. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (see below). The newsletter signup form is provided by beehiiv (see below).
Hosting
Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service, to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting and doesn't track you across sites. It collects anonymous page-view data (the page you visited, the referring page, your browser and device type, and your country) so we can see how many people visit and which pages are useful. A small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com loads on every page and sends this data to Cloudflare. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Newsletter (beehiiv)
Our newsletter is run on beehiiv. When you subscribe, your email address (and anything else you enter in the form) goes to beehiiv, which stores it and sends the newsletter for us. We use it only to send the newsletter and service messages about it. We don't sell it.
The signup form on our homepage, newsletter page and case pages is embedded from beehiiv (subscribe-forms.beehiiv.com). It loads only on those pages. When it loads, beehiiv and the services it uses may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies, for example for security, spam and bot protection, and analytics. If you'd rather not load it, subscribe directly at shippedandpaid.beehiiv.com, which is also run by beehiiv.
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. beehiiv processes this data on our behalf. See beehiiv's privacy policy. To have your subscriber data deleted, email contact@shippedandpaid.com.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply (for example corrections or removals).
People mentioned in cases
Cases summarize public posts and link to them. Founders can ask for a correction or removal at contact@shippedandpaid.com, and we handle it within 48 hours.
